Trash Movement

Five Pillar Experiences proudly supports a remarkable local initiative led by a North Bali Local Hero. This initiative is dedicated to raising awareness about the pressing issue of waste management. Using bamboo, they have ingeniously crafted trash bins that symbolize their commitment to a cleaner environment. These bins also serve as a foundation for an educational movement within the village. Through these creative efforts, they aim to inspire and engage the community in responsible waste disposal practices, fostering a sense of environmental consciousness and responsibility that will benefit both the present and future generations.

The Story

2015

In the beginning, we were a Foundation for Rural Development & Youth Skills Development.

2016

The idea of Impact Experiences was born in response to the tourism issues in Bali.

2017

We embarked on a journey of working with the villages to develop community-based tourism.

2018

In cooperation with local heroes, we conducted a pilot trip to introduce rural life in Bali.

2019

We proudly launched our social enterprise called Five Pillar Experiences.

2023

We have established a learning center in North Bali to support rural community education.
