Traditional Terracotta in The Middle City

The “ayo main tanah” movement is initiated by Dewi’s concern that there would be fewer people looking at and interested in making traditional pottery. In line with that, she also glanced at the fact that young children today are more interested in gadgets than playing outside with their friends. Moving with a social mission to preserve traditional pottery making and solutions to reduce the
use of gadgets by children, Dewi, and her team created a place for both children and adults to express their creativity using clay. Dewi also doesn’t set a fee for local children who want to learn about terracotta at her place. By doing this experience, you will gain knowledge about how to process traditional terracotta, relieve stress, and help more local children to provide a place for them to release their stress.
