Sanur is Bali’s gentlest coast, and this is a gentle journey. Nothing here needs long drives. It is designed for the days you want to slow down, learn a small craft with your hands, see the island from a bicycle seat and end in the beachfront home of the painter Le Mayeur.

Itinerary

Timings are indicative; your guide adjusts to weather, ceremonies and how the day is going. Dinner on the evening of day one is on your own.

Day 1

Arrive, meet your host, settle into the village

Begin your Sanur escape with nature, local flavors, and Balinese creativity, creating a relaxing and meaningful island experience.

  1. Visit a mangrove garden and explore the mangrove ecosystem through a nature and conservation experience.
  2. Enjoy lunch at the garden, surrounded by the natural atmosphere of the mangrove area.
  3. Join an Ecoprint Pounding Workshop with a local artisan and learn how to create natural patterns using leaves and flowers.
  4. Transfer to the hotel, check in, and take some time to settle in and relax.
  5. Experience Natural Incense by Leony and discover the traditional process of creating natural incense and its connection to Balinese traditions.
  6. Return to the hotel and enjoy some free time. Dinner on your own.
Day 2

Wake up in the village, then the second chapter

Start your day with wellness and discover Sanur’s laid-back coastal charm through a local cycling experience, followed by a visit to one of Sanur’s cultural landmarks.

  1. Start your morning with yoga and enjoy a peaceful wellness session.
  2. Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before preparing for the day.
  3. Check out from the hotel and get ready for the cycling experience.
  4. Join a Sanur Cycling Tour with a local host and explore the coastline, local neighborhoods, and surrounding areas.
  5. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant after the cycling tour.
  6. Visit Museum Le Mayeur and explore its artworks, personal collection, and artistic legacy in Sanur.
  7. Finish the journey and prepare for departure.

Why is the per-person price lower for bigger groups? +

Your car, driver and guide cost roughly the same whether one or four people travel, so sharing them lowers the price per head. Every journey stays private; we never merge bookings. Groups larger than 12 get a quote.

Can we change the itinerary? +

Yes. Swap a stop, add a night, or combine this with another region. Mention it in the booking form and we will re-quote.

How do I pay? +

Pay the full price online by bank transfer (virtual account) or credit/debit card through DOKU, a licensed Indonesian payment gateway; your date is booked as soon as the payment is confirmed. Prefer to check first? Send a request and we reply with availability and how to pay. If the host cannot receive you on your date, we offer another date or a full refund. Cancellation: Full refund up to 7 days before, 50% at 3–6 days, no refund within 3 days.
